1. Who we are

InfluenceSupport is operated by Bhanu Pratap Joshi ("we", "us", "the seller"). When you create an account or buy a subscription, you are contracting with Bhanu Pratap Joshi. InfluenceSupport is a web tool that helps content creators track brand deals, plan content, generate scripts with AI and monitor income.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use InfluenceSupport, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the authority to bind the organisation you act for.

3. Your account

• Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. This includes, without limitation:

• Using the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive, including spam.
• Infringing anyone's intellectual property rights.
• Interfering with the security or operation of the service — no malware, probing, scraping or attempts to bypass technical limits.
• Reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service.

5. AI-generated content

• AI-generated hooks, scripts, captions and hashtags may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Always review them before publishing; they are not professional, legal or financial advice.
• You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use the outputs, and for having the rights to any content you provide as input.
• You must not use the AI features to create illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware or to harass anyone.
• We may remove or restrict content, filter outputs, or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Rights holders can report infringement to us and we will act on valid complaints; repeated infringement leads to termination.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation and branding. You retain ownership of the content you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the service to you.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the chosen interval until cancelled. When you cancel, you keep paid access until the end of the period you have paid for.

8. Service level

We work hard to keep InfluenceSupport available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your access ends, your data may be deleted after a reasonable period; export anything you need beforehand.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

11. General

• These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be heard in the courts of India.
• You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
