1. Who is responsible for your data

InfluenceSupport is operated by Bhanu Pratap Joshi, who is the data controller for the personal data collected through this service. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

2. What we collect

• Account data — your name, email address and login credentials, used to create and secure your account.
• Your content — brand deals, planner posts, scripts and related notes you enter, used to provide the service.
• Support messages — anything you send us when asking for help.
• Usage and device data — basic telemetry, device identifiers and IP address, used for security, fraud prevention and product improvement.

Payment details are collected directly by Paddle (our Merchant of Record); we never see or store your card numbers.

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

• Contract performance — to create your account and provide the features you use.
• Legitimate interests — to keep the service secure, prevent fraud and improve the product.
• Consent — for optional marketing messages, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Legal obligation — where we must keep records for tax or legal reasons.

4. Who we share it with

• Service providers — hosting, database and analytics providers that process data on our behalf under contract.
• Paddle — our Merchant of Record, for selling subscriptions, payment processing, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where needed.
• Authorities — where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside India. Where data crosses borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections required by applicable law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, or a copy in a portable format. You can also object to certain processing and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the app. You also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe.
