Common questions
How do I add my first brand deal?
Open Deals and press New deal. Fill in the brand, the amount, who to contact, the delivery deadline and when payment is due. Mark it paid when the money arrives — the Income screen then counts it as received.
What can I do on the Free plan?
Free accounts keep 3 brand deals, 10 Planner posts and 5 AI scripts a month. Creator Pro (₹499/month) and Agency (₹1,999/month) lift those limits as soon as the payment goes through.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Go to Plans & billing and press “Switch plan, cancel or update card”. That opens your payment portal. Cancelling keeps unlimited access until the end of the month you already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — 30 days, no long questions. The Refund Policy explains how, and you can send the order number here if you'd rather we look it up for you.
Who can see what I put in?
Your deals, posts and scripts are visible only to you. Support messages are read by the app owner so someone can actually answer you — the Privacy Notice lists everything that is stored.
